Structure and Composition
1. The structure consists of a metal insert as the framework, encased in a layer of vibration-damping rubber.
2. The load-bearing surface of the vibration-damping rubber features a double-stage vibration-damping structure with grooved teeth, whilst the centre of the underside is fitted with an elongated mounting hole to facilitate installation and adjustment.

Caratteristiche
1. The load-bearing surface of the vibration-damping rubber features a double-stage vibration-damping structure with grooved teeth. Under light loads, the first-stage rack bears the load; the load-bearing area is small and the compressive stiffness is low.
Under heavier loads, both the first- and second-stage racks share the load; the load-bearing area is large and the compressive stiffness is high.

2. The teeth are elongated and oriented parallel to the wall surface; their stiffness perpendicular to the wall is low, providing effective low-frequency vibration damping.

3. The use of perforated metal plates as the framework reduces the need for metal component processing and adhesive application.
